It’s that time of year when there is lots to be done and we can’t do it without your help! As you have probably heard, Windsor Park Neighborhood Association is now the proud owner of Fletcher Park (the triangle park located at 12th/ Brookside/ Arsenal) and you have also probably heard we got a Project GreenSpace Grant from Keep Indianapolis Beautiful- if not you can click here to read about the project. Our First Work Day for the park will take place at KIB Headquarters on Saturday May 18th. Additional work days will take place June 15th and June 22nd. This Saturday we will be painting the posts which are going to be part of our guide rail and in June we will be installing the guide rail and doing plantings of native plants in the park. Please contact the Fletcher Park Volunteer Coordinator, Mark Schroeder, to sign up for the work day. We are required by KIB to provide volunteers and we need you!

Donate your garage sale items or an hour of your time to Windsor Park’s Flea Market Booth!

If you are cleaning house, save your items for us to sell at the Woodruff Place Flea Market on June 1-2. Set your items aside and we will come pick them up from you on Friday, May 31st or you can drop them off on May 31st from 5-7pm at 720 West Drive or Saturday morning from 8am on at 720 West Drive. Last year we raised over $400 and we hope to raise even more this year but we can’t do it if you don’t donate your stuff! If you need more information now or if you want to volunteer at the Flea Market, contact Martha Latta at mellenlatta@gmail.com. We need volunteers to work 1 or 2 hour shifts both Saturday (8am-5pm) and Sunday (10-5). Please contact Martha Latta at 317-362-1662 with a text or call or email at mellenlatta@gmail.com.
